India’s Dancing Superstar has reached its final stage, and recently, the winning team of the show was declared while the shooting of the final episode was going on. The popular group named after Michael Jackson – MJ5 wins India Dancing Superstar   MJ-5 emerged as the winning team. Not just the name, the group’s dancing skills were also inspired from Michael Jackson.

They won amongst a set of shortlisted teams for the final round. The finalists of the show were Loyola Group, Akshay  Pal, Padmini & Debasish and Palden & Khyati, among which MJ 5 bagged the trophy of India’s first Dancing Superstar.
The finale was graced by Akshay Kumar who was  on the show to promote his upcoming movie Once Upon A Time in Mumabi Dobara. The finale of the show will be aired on the small screen on August 3, 2013.

MJ5 wins India Dancing Superstar in Star Plus’s spectacular dance reality show India’s Dancing Superstar (IDS). The show is judged by actor Riteish Deshmukh, Geeta Kapoor and Ashley Lobo. This is Riteish Deshmukh’s debut at judging a television show. One of the biggest competition for the country’s best dance acts India’s Dance Superstar is the ultimate dance battle between the nation’s best dancers as they perform to win the hearts of the country with their superlative talent.
The shooting of this week’s finale episode was shot in Mumbai and the winners were declared based on their performance. The Bollywood film Once Upon A Time in Mumbai Dobara lead actor Akshay Kumar was on the show promoting his film during this episode. MJ5, who have named themselves after the popular rockstar Michael Jackson, won the title of India’s Dancing Superstar at the final episode where they had to compete with the other teams Loyola Group, Akshay Pal, Padmini and Debasish, and Palden and Khyati.
